Hiris turns a hiring brief into a shortlist. You set hard filters such as location, seniority and industry, then describe the criteria that cannot be expressed as filters — the things that define what "good" looks like for this particular search. Hiris evaluates public profiles against both, and returns a shortlist where each profile arrives with the reasoning and proof links behind it.
Boolean filters are exact on structured fields such as title, location and years of experience, and blind to everything else. Criteria like "has scaled a product to millions of users" or "has raised a Series A" are not database columns, so a filter cannot apply them — a human has to read every profile to check. Hiris applies those contextual criteria as part of the search, which is why the output is a verified shortlist rather than a list of results to review.
Because a shortlist you cannot verify is a shortlist you have to redo. If a tool tells you a candidate matches without showing why, a recruiter re-reads the full profile anyway and the tool has saved nothing. Attaching the evidence for each criterion turns verification into a few seconds of confirmation instead of a full profile read.
